Founded as Site Concepts International Inc. in 1991 SCI has expanded over the years into an internationally renowned landscape architectural and planning firm with creative design driven studios in Sarasota and Orlando Florida that emphasize fresh and innovative designs that are always unique and site specific. Our project locations extend across the globe and include the United States, Caribbean, Costa Rica, Panama, Brazil, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, Fiji, India, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Morocco, Austria, Croatia, Spain and elsewhere in the world. Our pervasive "Sense of Place" approach to each and every project's design development is a key underlining component of our work. Although adept at traditional vernacular inspired approaches to project design SCI is particularly renowned for the application of a contemporary yet comfortable design aesthetic as is evident in a large number of its built resort, commercial, and residential projects which still embrace the local culture and respect the prevalent environmental conditions.

PRINCIPAL
peter imrik
Mr. Imrik has over 36 years of professional experience related to all aspects of landscape architecture including conceptual and detailed design, construction documentation, and on-site administration . His time at SCI which began with its founding has afforded him an internationally oriented career that has witnessed the close creative interaction with clients and consultants on six continents. His 'hands-on' approach to project involvement include resorts, urban hotels, commercial/retail centers, urban design, master planning, recreational/ amusement complexes, and parks/open space areas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona.
PRINCIPAL
eric bowyer
Mr. Bowyer brings 37 years of exceptional professional experience to SCI ranging from large scale master planning to detailed site specific design development. His highly creative and graphically oriented approach to design combined with his earnest professionalism have benefited a broad range of projects including resorts, entertainment venues, commercial/retail complexes, and residential communities. Many of his projects involve international hotel operators including Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, and Marriott, among others. Importantly, he remains actively involved, as do all partners at SCI, in all phases of the design process and is available to the client throughout the term of the project's development.

TIMOTHY CAMPBELL
Mr. Campbell has over 35 years of experience related to resort community planning and traditional land planning, as well as resort hotel, timeshare, theme park, and mixed use development design. He holds degrees from Alfred State College in Architecture and from Syracuse University in Landscape Architecture. His professional experience include projects throughout the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America which have allowed him to assist clients in making critical decisions that maximize the developmental and economic potential of each site. His unique capabilities provide a wide range of services from master planning through schematic design to detailed construction documentation.
ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
DANNY ROGERS
Mr. Rogers has 19 years of developing complex project documentation of varying complexity, project type, and scale. These include resorts, 'lifestyle' centers
themed entertainment complexes, health care facilities, residential communities (including affordable), municipal parks, and single-family residences. His varied and in-depth experience includes conceptual/schematic design, project visioning, detailed design development, all levels of landscape construction documentation, and permitting/regulatory agency submittals. He is fully adept at AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as free-hand sketching. Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University.
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
KENNETH SELLICK
Mr. Sellick has over 30 years of professional design and construction experience
related to resort hotels, multi-family residential, commercial developments, municipal/governmental facilities, museums, and private single family residences. He possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. His notable projects before joining SCI in 2011 include The National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden in Washington D.C. and The Getty Center in Los Angeles. Mr. Sellick has produced a considerable volume of design and construction documentation packages and is also accomplished in 3D modeling and renderings.
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
SIYUAN WU
Mr. Wu joined SCI in early 2017 and has brought with him a great passion for the profession of landscape architecture due to his extensive background in traditional and modern Chinese landscape design. He possesses particularly
strong skills related to AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion and is mainly responsible for digital rendering, 3D modeling, and execution of detailed construction documentation. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Artsdegree in Landscape Architecture from Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering in Guangdong China as well as a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Florida.
